- I keep having a problem with my modem freezing up every few minutes for
- about 60 seconds at a time. Windows 95 is able to find the modem on comm
- 2 port with no problem and I can dial out. I have tried several
- different software, such as HyperTerminal, Cheyenne Terminal (supplied
- with the modem), Procomm, and Slipknot. About every five minuets the
- screen will not change, it like freezes, but I can still type. The remote
- compter is receiving the information when my modem is frozen. The manual
- says to use the standard 1 or 2 driver or an AT&T driver, but that's for
- Windows 3.1. It does not work with Windows 95. The modem is a 33.6
- Voice/Fax/Data and came with Cheyenne Communication software and was made by
- Bitcom.
-
- Please help. Thank you.
